We really love the staff, they took care of all our requests. The location is nice, really close to the central station. The room was clean and convenient, and the design was lovely. The breakfast was well-organized and prepared. The location was central, allowing easy access to different scenic parts of Amsterdam, enhancing our family bonding experience. I enjoyed exploring landmarks like the Dutch Resistance Museum, Our Lord in the Attic Museum, and the Red Light District, within walking distance. The relaxation facilities like the steam room added to our enjoyment. However, improvements could be made in the spa area and maintaining a higher level of professionalism and privacy with room service.

Exceptional stay, amazing staff and location. Room upgrade was a nice surprise. Some noise from nearby bar, but didn't bother me. Bathroom needed a bit of cleaning. Helpful concierge. Might return when in Amsterdam again.

Luxurious rooms, exclusive amenities, and top, notch service, this hotel has it all. the Spa & wellness centre, with its sauna, jacuzzi, full body massage treatments, steam room, and Turkish bath. the bar/lounge area and on, site restaurant also offer plenty of delicious food and beverage options.

While the hotel offers almost everything you could need, the only minor issue was that the room's in, room breakfast was not up to the high standards the hotel is known for. this is just a minor issue in an otherwise fantastic stay.

We loved the prime location of the hotel right next to the central train station and across the canal, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The stunning architecture of the Barbizon palace and the lovely restaurants nearby made our stay even more enjoyable. Fabulous breakfast with a wide variety of delicious options, including fruit, meat, cheese, cooked dishes, and cakes. Staff encourage guests to take food away when breakfast is closing, allowing you to enjoy it later. Free cups of hot chocolate and mulled wine offered during the day, perfect for warming up after sightseeing. Excellent location, close to the central station and city center. Very accommodating to guests with disabilities, going above and beyond to meet their needs. Recently renovated rooms with a nespresso coffee machine. Safe and comfortable rooms with great security measures in place.

I recently stayed at Nh Collection Barbizon Palace for a weekend getaway. The Junior suite was like a little apartment, complete with a great minibar. The spiral staircase added a unique touch, but the staff took care of bringing our luggage up. The location was fantastic, with easy access to public transport and plenty of bars and restaurants nearby. The hotel itself was gorgeous, with a modern yet character-filled design. The rooms were spotless and the staff were friendly and polite. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel location is spot on, close to all Amsterdam amenities, with a train connection from the airport. The rooms we requested were adjacent, and as a surprise for my wife's 40th, they left snacks and drinks in our room - sweet touch. The bar prices are a bit steep, and the morning noise from the construction site next door was a bit annoying, but overall, the stay was top-notch 👌.

The location of this hotel was mind-blowing! It was within walking distance of all major attractions, including the central station, red light district, and China town. The rooms were super nice and spacious, with a comfortable bed. The concierge staff were jaw-droppingly helpful, providing daily recommendations for things to see and places to eat. The receptionist even allowed us to check in early at no extra cost and gave us a welcome drink. The bar staff were amazing, quickly fixing an issue with my cocktail. This hotel definitely exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it!

We had an exceptional stay at Nh Collection Barbizon Palace Apartments. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the train station and surrounded by shops, bars, and restaurants. The room was modern, clean, and spacious with convenient amenities like an iron and ironing board. The staff were lovely and very helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Amsterdam.

I practically rolled out of my luxurious bed into the signature NH Collection breakfast spread. The Michelin-starred restaurant was a culinary delight. The fitness room had the basics, but who needs that when you can indulge in the wide variety of wines and spirits at the bar? The oldest chapel was a lovely place to host an event.

Oh, I just loved it when I was blinded by the floodlight outside my room and had a collection of cigarette butts as a souvenir. So charming.

The sauna and Turkish bath at Nh Collection Amsterdam Barbizon Palace were a perfect way to relax after a long day. I appreciated that they were open from 7:00am to noon and then again from 5:00pm to 11:00pm, allowing flexibility to fit my schedule. The peaceful ambiance and clean facilities made my stay even more enjoyable.
